The hot showers were refreshing after a long day.

There are clean rooms with clean bathrooms.

The stay included a clean Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and everything felt well maintained. Conveniently located next to a Waffle House, it made meals easy. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and the location was far from my intended destination. Room service could improve on providing adequate toiletries during cleaning.

The hotel's location was CONVENIENT, short walk to restaurants and great environment, the fairgrounds, and a late church. The whole staff was attentive and respectful. Had newly renovated, reasonably large room that was clean and newly remodeled.

The remodel is promising, and I appreciated the timely updates from the staff about the ongoing work. The King Room was spacious, and the location is central. I felt comfortable , but I noticed some areas still in need of attention, such as the bathroom fixtures, which could use a refresh. The hot showers felt refreshing after a long day, a small luxury, made a difference.

the check in was a bit weird, like they were rushin. but the room was clean and had a spacious fridge. i also enjoyed a hot shower after a long drive. it was close to the expressway.

The King room was clean and recently renovated. The hot shower was particularly refreshing. I would appreciate better customer service from the staff, as they seemed a bit indifferent.

Clean room, spacious room, with friendly staff who ensured everything was well stocked and in working order. The convenient location near a Waffle House for breakfast.

Great stay for families, need some tweaks

The fridge was larger than you'd expect very handy for leftovers. The cleaning staff did their best, but communication was a little rough since most didn't speak English.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got it was still acceptable.

We enjoyed visiting the Smart Financial Centre and had a blast at the concert. The location was perfect for our large family, great to easily access local attractions and enjoy quality family time together.

My kids wished for better soundproofing. It would really help families with little ones if noise from other rooms could be minimized.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who helped me check in early and offered utensils when we needed them. I faced a couple of issues. First, I was charged for a room even though I did not stay there due to personal reasons, and the process to get that reversed has been frustrating. I had to switch rooms because of an issue with bed bugs. Though the second room was fine, I was anxious about sleeping in the bed. Noise from other guests above was very loud at night.

Recently refurbished decor gives this place a fresh look. the friendly staff is a nice touch. 🌟 One of the benefits here are the tidy rooms, which come equipped with showers and hair dryers.
